Directions
Tweezerman's step-two-it foot file can be used on dry skin, but for best results soften feet first by soaking in a warm foot bath. Use the coarse side to remove rough, hard skin, then the finer side to buff and smooth.
Warnings
Rinse in warm water after each use. Hang to dry.
