All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in New Jersey, United States.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to one billing cycle (up to 30 days) for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
