Create Winged Eyeliner Like a Pro:
Step 1 - Prep Your Eyelid: Use a concealer or eyeshadow primer like Gerard Cosmetics Clean Canvas under your eyes and on the eyelids to create a smooth, even base for your makeup.
Step 2 - Apply Eyeshadow: If you want to use eyeshadow, it's best to apply it now.
Step 3 - Make the First Line: Using our ultra black liquid eyeliner, draw a short, thin line from the outer corner of the eye, extending the natural curve of your lower lash line to your desired length. Don't go past the end of your eyebrow. If needed, use a piece of tape or stencil as a guide.
Step 4 - Line the Upper Eyelid: Draw a line across the upper eyelid, following the natural curve of your upper lash line from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner of your eye and continuing to parallel the first line you made.
Step 5 - Fill It In: Apply the liner in between the two lines, filling in any gaps. Wait a minute to allow the liquid liner to dry.
