FACE Stockholm - Corrective Concealer (Neutralizer BLUE) under-eye concealer has a cult following! It works by neutralizing the darkness (blue) that shows thru the very thin skin under the eye area. Its creamy texture is perfect, non-drying and can easily be layered until you reach the desired coverage. Can also be used on blue veins, bruising etc. Apply with one of our vegan brushes (we love #15 or #16) and blend with fingertips using a light, pressing motion. Set with our MATTE FINISHING POWDER.

Directions:

Apply with a Camouflage Oval Brush and blend gently with fingertips.
