HOW TO APPLY
Apply to clean, dry lips.
Step 1 Lightly press the Lipstain pen against a hard surface to release color.
Step 2 Define lip shape with the tip of the pen.
Step 3 Brush entire lip with a light coat of color and allow to dry.
Step 4 Repeat step 3 until desired result is achieved.
