The brow primer helps fix the brow powder in place. Includes a collection of brow tools: spoolie brush, brow powder brush and tweezers.

HOW TO WEAR:
Tweeze away any stray or grey hairs that lay outside of the desired brow shape. Dip the angle brush into your primer and with smooth, angle strokes shape and define the eyebrows. Use the brush to apply your setting powder, this will help fill out sparse areas while locking brows in place. Use the spoolie brush side to gently brush brow hairs up and sweep into place.
