HOW TO USE:

Gently pull your eyelid to the side and slightly up using your index finger. Dip the built-in brush into CAILYN Line Fix Gel Eyeliner. Draw a line across the upper lid as close to your lashes as possible. Fill in the gap between lashes if desired. Allow the gel to dry completely before opening your eyes.

CAILYN Tip:

To extend the wear of the eyeliner, use CAILYN Bright On Eye Balm prior to eye makeup application.
